This rotisserie kit (PN 3400252) is not compatible with my Weber Spirit E-310 Gas Grille, contrary to the information on the package and the Weber product description.The problem is the motor-mount bracket, included with the kit, holds the rotisserie shaft one inch too high. This results in two problems: 1) the rotisserie shaft is tilted from right to left by approximately 5 degrees from horizontal, thereby causing movement to the left of food items on the shaft (or skewers) during rotation; and 2) the grille lid will not close because the grille lid rests on the rotisserie shaft instead of resting on the grille base like it should. (See attached photos.)I carefully followed the assembly instructions, especially noting the alternative mounting methods for either the Spirit or Searwood grille models.Otherwise, this Rotisserie Kit is excellent. The hardware is top quality, the instructions are clear and the fit and function of the kit, including the drive motor, are excellent.I was able to successfully use the rotisserie kit with the minor inconvenience of: 1) adjusting the food that kept sliding to the left during rotation of the rotisserie shaft and attached skewers; and 2) by placing a block of wood between the lid and the grille case so that the rotisserie shaft was able to freely rotate.I suspect the PN 7569 Weber Rotisserie Kit would have been compatible with the Spirit E-310 Gas Grille. However, Weber has informed me that kit is no longer available.So, to correct the problem, I will modify the Searwood adapter (provided in the kit) by drilling two holes, thereby fashioning a 1-inch lowering bracket that will be bolted to the grille base in the original holes and bolted to the motor-mount in its original mounting holes, to hold the shaft 1-inch lower. This will level the rotisserie shaft and allow the grille lid to fully close during rotisserie cooking.

Does a great job with my Weber pellet grill/smoker. My only regret is not knowing enough, and not a suggestion on the page, on not being able to use the wired temperature probe with the rotisserie. I have to use an instant read periodically, or buy a Meater thermometer, to monitor a rotisserie cook. Not a flaw of the product, but would be nice to know before purchasing.

Cooked a whole chicken the first time I used the Weber rotisserie on our new Weber Searwood 600. Forgot to take a picture of the cooked bird, but it was juicy and delicious. Same thing for a whole turkey and a boneless ribeye roast.

The drive motor was on fire after a few seconds. No warning here or at the instructions.
