Love this tool. Love it for weeding. Also use is to pull crabgrass out of my lawn. I just find the middle of the crabgrass. Gets the root and leave just a small hole in the lawn.

Seems strong but (in my opinion) not really good at helping with weeding. Kind of awkwardly made to be digging up roots. Doesn’t go deep at all to grab the root. I personally wouldn’t recommend wasting my money on this (and I didn’t, it was a gift).

Wish I'd had this years ago as this takes weeding/thinning crawling vining plants to a new level. Instead of just tearing out the growth above ground, I can easily scrape out the sprouting growth left behind.

I recommend using this on soft or loose soil as it didn't work at all on hard soil; not at all.

As soon as I received this, I ran out to the back yard and began yanking up weeds. I was really happy as it pulls the weeds AND the roots. The front of the tool has a sharp edge which allows you to cut instead of pulling. As this is designed to pull up the weeds, and the weeds may get stuck on the tool, so be careful as the tongs are sharp, be careful not to stick you fingers while pulling off the weeds from the tool. this is not a flaw, but just an observation. Wear gloves while working with this.ALSO, be careful when taking this out of the box, as mentioned there are sharp edges on the item.Anyway, I like it. It will serve me well. I can't wait for some more weeds to grow in my lawn (bad joke).
