I did a 10x16 ceiling with this and was not impressed at all with the dust collection. I hooked it up to my large shop vac, and it still made a giant mess. It needs a light also. The triangle head took a long time to swap out so I could get the corners, and there were no directions to indicate what level of disassembly was necessary so I just tore it down blind and figured it out on the job. It’s not a quick swap. If I could go back I’d just buy a cheaper, lighter model with a light. Not happy with several aspects of my decision to choose this particular tool, but it did get the job done just fine, and faster/better than my orbital sander would have.

Purchased this after hand sanding the drywall in one room and my life changed! Hooked it up to your shop vac and there is minimal dust to clean up when you’re done! I was a first time user and it was super easy to use and understand. Easy set up and clean up. Fantastic product!
