I normally use an automatic pool cleaner, but it doesn’t get the shallow end, the slope or steps very well so I thought something like this would work to get those spots. I was HOPING that this brush would be the wonder brush it sounds like, but it’s NOT! Not only is it a compression fitting, meaning that you have to tighten it down to your pool pole, instead of the simple clip like device that all the other pool accessories have, but it feels super cheap, (where you connect the pole), so I was super cautious using it. I thought the edges coming up to get corners were a great idea, but it turns out that the body itself isn’t strong enough to hold itself off the floor, that is IF you can get it to stay on the floor without it trying to float off of it. Once you do get it on the floor since there’s no wheels the body scrapes along the bottom of the pool and by time you’re finished you’re using the skimming net to get the brush pieces that broke off out of the water. Oh and good luck trying to clean the walls or use that cool corner brush feature. I had to literally get in the pool to clean the walls in the shallow end with this thing, and had to hold it flat on the walls to clean them. Worst $40 I’ve spent in a long time!
