One of the four planks was unfinished on both sides so I am going to have sand one side down else I will get splinters in my fish.

These could be considered expensive if you use a whole board for 5 oz. portions. I cut 1 in half and 1 into thirds which is plenty big.

I've used the Western Red Cedar Planks with fish twice so far; flavor is great. Much better quality than I have found in local stores.
