These little battery-run, plastic, soft-sounding heart-beat items are wonderful. I save orphan newborn animals, and they sleep so much better with one tucked under the bottom blanket.

My cat was a day old when I rescued him. I purcahased a soft cuddle cat with one of these heartbeats . He continues to snuggle with it. So, five years later I replaced it.

Got these, put in 2 brand new AAA batteries, flip it on and nothing, double check everything, still nothing. Try different 2 brand new batteries, and go through that for hearts 1 through 4 in this package. Not a single one of them worked. Returning these immediately, going to avoid this brand in the future.

Worked well but bigger than I thought they would be. Worked as planned made a stuffy she cuddles when we leave house. Doesn't have a timer so runs until we get home and turn it off regardless of her play with it. Hard plastic so if she ever gets it out I'm a little concerned but hasn't done so yet

These hearts only last max 3 weeks. It's not the batteries. It's the machines that will start humming then they die. They were replaced by the company and within the placement of 12 8 was not working. People have been complaining about their reborns and their stuff animals hearts not working. I steer them towards the responsibility of this company.
