Fit nicely however the clamps provided are very cheap and not durable but they work.

The first one to arrived was broken. The connection for the hose going to the valve cover was broke. They was quick to send out a replacement. That replacement lasted about 2 weeks and broke at the same place. I ended up using my old Y plastic part transferring the hoses to that. I figured it would be faster repairing the truck than dealing with the hassle of returning and waiting for another replacement. Two out of two was bad and I doubt a third one would have been any batter. Not happy.

Very tight fitment. Keep old hardware just in case. Needed to use the old clamps due to installment/position issues. 96 E-150 5.8 V8 van.
