Have gotten very good results with this wheel. I ride 6 miles a day and have had to replace many wheels over years . These always fit great and last a long time under use. What more can you ask for? I l think they are great.

These are cheap wheels. All of the parts individually are fine in and of themselves. But, the assembly quality of a bicycle wheel really makes or breaks it. These are machine-built. But, they are built poorly. I've bought several wheels made by Wheel Master. All of them have had issues. I buy them because they are cheap and I can fix them myself. They are cheaper than I can buy the individual parts and build them from scratch myself; which is why I buy them.This one arrived with it off-center by about 1/4". This will cause issues with straight line tracking on the bike. Can you live with it? Probably, Is it unsafe? Probably not. Does it mean your brakes are offset to one side? Yep. So, I will correct this problem on the truing stand.Additionally, and this has been the case for every WM wheel I've bought, the hub bearings are way too tight from the factory. Super-tight and notchy. Like, the wheel will barely make a couple of revolutions before stopping, tight. So, that needs to be attended to before installing and riding on them. You'll roast the cones if you don't do the bearing adjustment. You'll need to own some cone wrenches to do it yourself. Like I said, I can do the work on these wheels to make them better than they arrive.Would I recommend these? Probably not, unless you're willing to do the work or pay someone to do it.I'm giving it 3 stars because the parts are good, but the build quality and hub bearing nonsense really drops the rating. They are decently light and the Weinman ZAC-19 rim is actually a good rim. These also have a nice appearance. I like the black rim with the silver machined braking surface along with the black and silver rim label. It goes together the black spokes and silver nipples for a complete theme. I think the WM hubs are also good once you sort out the bearing setup. Straight gauge spokes and brass nipples are just industry standard pieces and nothing to write home about.

This product is super unsafe and defective without the rim/spoke tape. The first bump you hit will give you a flat... just pray that's not at speed.This also ships with a quick release lever INSIDE the wheel (not hub where it should be) so the QR looks bent [I'll admit that I wont actually look at the QR outside of the wheel since unwrapping anything will make a refund impossible].Schrader not presta valve hole - you'll get dirt and rocks in on your tube for more potential flats!DO NOT order from bikesomewhere - the customer service team indicated that this is knowingly shipped without tape (defective) and that since I've opened the box it came in, that I'll probably not receive a refund.Can NOT recommend this experience less.

Excellent replacement for my 20 year old Bontrager front wheel. Fits well and nicely made.Update January 2022 - I got the black spokes, which are showing signs of rust. In hindsight, the stainless steel spokes would've been a better choice.

Very nice budget wheel for 700c hybrid bike. The seem pretty well built and straight. Not the lightest but the are pretty strong. The hubs are cone and ball bearings. And were a bit tight so I had to adjust them just a hair. Great value 700c wheels.

This wheel solved a problem that occurred when I made 2 changes to my riding this year: 1) Longer distances and 2) paths in imperfect condition. Spokes began breaking on my old 32-spoke wheels (also with 2 walls). So I bought this wheel with 36 spokes and 2 walls. I have not broken a spoke in hundreds of miles and I have begun carrying more weight on my rides. The rims have an interesting and unexpected feature. The rims are flat and ample, so my v-brake pads have more stopping surface and power. And the wheels look good; I replaced the rear and front at the same time. A couple people in my riding group asked me when I bought the new bike. No new bike. Just new wheels. I have a couple recommendations, though, because I needed to make 2 additional purchases to make this wheel work: 1) Rim strips; and 2) schraeder to presta adapters. These wheels are drilled for schraeder valves. Perhaps I am asking too much, but maybe those could be included?
