Solid BB. Worked perfectly for my need to take up the space on my wife crankset no need for a fat stack of shims.I’ve done a few thousand miles on it and still no creaking all while being super easy to installNot super heavy but has some weight to it. Much sturdier than plastic press fit bb and will last longer giving good value for the money
