Grabbed this saw to throw in my woods pack for small task that a bow saw or buck saw is too big. This thing is rugged as you can get. It’s light weight I ended up buying the sheath separate which was worth the extra money

Good scabbard. One of the best that you could probably get for a folding saw. I like that it keeps the saw in place when it's open. You just sheath the open saw in there and a grabbing/locking mechanism at the bottom holds onto the tip of the saw blade. Keeps the saw very secure either open or closed.

There was NO saw included! I don't know if this was some sort of mistake--but this was just the case for the saw.Looking at the picture and reading the description there should have been a saw with this.

I've used just about every brand of folding saw on the market.... Bahco, Gerber, Black & Decker, Coleman, etc. I admit, I put them all to hard use, which I think one would expect something like this to hold-up to. I trimmed limbs for deer stands, cut limbs and saplings and small trees to make woodland trails, used them to build primitive camping shelters, cut some decent sized limbs into manageable firewood, and also used them for common yard work. All of my previous saws broke in one fashion or another. While on an excursion I ran into a gentleman working for the forestry service. We somehow got on the topic of tools, so I asked his opinion on a decent folding saw. He too had met with the same results from inferior products, but said he found a "bullet-proof" saw. He fetched his "Wicked" tree saw from his truck and said he has yet to have a single problem after owning it for a few years. I admit, it is more expensive than other saws, but if I had this thing to start with, I would have saved about $100 not to mention the time and gas to replace broken saws. If all you are going to do is saw of a few twigs once a year, buy a cheap saw. If you plan to REALLY use your saw, or like your tools to last, then this is the saw for you! You can feel the quality and sturdiness the moment you hold it in your hand! Like the forester told me, "When your job requires you to have a tool that you use day in and day out, you need something that is solid and is going to last!"
