First off, it's such pretty game! And fun to place your special bee on a completed flower. I bought it without paying attention to the age level (8+) but was able to play a simpler version that my 6 yr old grandson and I made up. My 3 yr old granddaughter had fun just placing the flower petals in/on the game board. What I didn't like were the directions and the way they were organized & explained.. Another reason we made up our own rules. We'll see if grandson wants to play it net week.

This is a fun, easy-going game. Used a lot of luck but also a bit of strategy. It's a good balance of both. The game itself is high quality and well designed. It's quite beautiful. Also an easy game to learn. We also own a game called Gentle Rain. They both have similarities. Both relaxing to play. Both beautiful. But Gentle Rain is really mainly a solo-player game. This one plays with up to four players.

I bought this game because I liked the art work. I'm so glad I did! It's super fun! Very easy to learn. It takes a lot of strategy. Just when you think you have your next love planned, someone else will thwart it and you have to plan a new move. I'm so glad I purchased wild flowers! You won't be disappointed!

Got this game because it looked cute on the pictures, and sure it does look cute in person. It is fast paced and easy to learn, but don't let these qualities fool you: it is also a very entertaining game that can be played repeatedly without feeling it repetitive. There is some strategy that has to be done. I have only played it with adults, and thus far we have enjoyed. It can get very competitive!

Game is light strategy but a bit harder than it at first seems. Build quality is excellent and all pieces fit together nicely. Easy to learn so suitable for the ages listed. The ability to "re-pot" wild petals (white) is powerful and in our opinion, too powerful. Game cannot be expanded to more than 4 players due to the way the board is constructed and assembled. The player holders are well constructed to hold the tiles but we found we were constantly knocking the cards out of the slot. For a light strategy game, playing time is about right with 4 players. Game goes much faster with less. With two players, there is not enough competition for spaces to be engaging. If you are looking for a filler or gateway game for non-gamer friends, this is a nice choice.

Bought this for a friend. It kept 4 adults very engaged. It is a fun game. Unfortunately the kids wanted to play and none of us adult wanted to give up our spot. So they had to find their own game to play as it only does 4 players. We will be buying it for our house too

I have only played this game solo and I really enjoy it. At first I was disappointed that the solo version does not use the bumble bees, however, when I finish a flower I put one on there anyway. Easy rules and the components are top notch. A lot of fun.
