This Back-flow Kit worked well to repair our existing Back-flow. After Installing the Kit I found that it was necessary to turn on the water extremely slowly to allow the seals to seat properly to avoid leaking.

Be very careful (flashlight and magnifying glass if necessary) to get your valve model number complete and correct, because yes every variant has a different gasket set. After all, this is the US, not Scandinavia! Easy replacement when you get a leak at the valve from minor frost damage after a late freeze.
