Got the machine, used once, very hard to crank, did all troubleshooting etc. Figured well this is just how it is with crank machine. Went to use it yesterday and it just wouldn't crank, basically it just fell apart. I can't even return it because the machine literally fell apart and was just a bunch of pieces. Husband threw it away. Never got to use the noodle cutting attachment. Save your money, do NOT waste time or money on this, it's a horrible product.

My review is primarily for the pasta roller itself and not really the accessories... but regarding the accessories, I wasn't all that impressed. They feel exceptionally cheaply made and only a few of them add much value to the set.The roller itself is fine. It makes it easier to prep pasta for ravioli than by hand rolling the entire thing, but I still ended up rolling it a little each time because the thinnest setting isn't thin enough. And with the settings, the numbers don't line up to their actual holes whatsoever, plus they're VERY difficult to change, especially when your hands are covered in pasta and/or flour.The counter anchor doesn't anchor very well; when my daughter wanted to help with the crank, the anchor gave way and the entire roller fell onto the floor, pasta and all. This hasn't happened since when I'm the one cranking, but it still doesn't feel as stable as it should (and like other rollers have).The protective coating didn't come off all the way even when I got tweezers out to get the final small bits, which isn't a huge deal, but I didn't love that it was literally inside of the roller itself since that's where the actual food goes. I still have a few pieces that I've just give up on.I'll still use this, but if I get the opportunity to upgrade my roller, I'll take it. For the price, I think you can probably find a better option and/or I'd like to see this one improved upon.

I have been wanting to get into pasta making and wanted to take the plunge into a nice quality pasta roller/cutter. This was a much better value than some other brands, and I was a little nervous at first based on price. I was wrong on all accounts.....this thing is HEAVY and includes everything you need to start your pasta journey. The pieces all fit well and don't have any wiggle room which gives a good impression of quality. The clamp for the counter is robust and I don't see this moving or shifting while using it. For the price this is hands down one of the best pasta tools I've tried.
