Melts really fast, easy to use. Had some left over discs and wanted to use in cake really hard to crack. Use a good blender hand smashing is difficult.

Unfortunately the entire package Of chocolate was Defective, old or something because it would not melt properly it maintained a consistency of brownies. I’ve never had trouble with this brand before so I hope it wasn’t the seller.

Awesome product! I see that I can get these for the same price at Walmart which is great because they have more colors available there. But hey, this is the one I wanted and they brought it to me so Yay! These melts have a great viscosity and melt very nicely in the microwave so they worked great for making cake pops.

These tasted great. I made cake pops for the first time and needed enough of the Dark Chocolate candy to cover about 15 pops. A warning to someone who has never done this before: melt this in THIRTY SECOND intervals! I put them in the microwave for one minute the first time and it turned into a charred mess.. it looked like a burnt brownie. After that t he 30 second intervals worked great.

I love making chocolate molds for the holidays so I bought a bunch of different colors this year, and of course I bought the standard brown (dark chocolate), and I was so disappointed. While yes, this does melt really well, it does not taste good. Even the unnatural colors of red and green chocolate taste pretty good, but this just tasted chalky. I basically ended up deciding not to give any of the chocolate molds made from this, I just threw them out.

Good taste for the value! This is not fancy chocolate, but personally think this is one of the best for melting. I've used this chocolate to make bark during the holidays and have had the best success with Wilton brands. I like to layer my bark with both white and dark chocolate and when trying other competitors' melts, I have found that the layers don't always stay together and will separate, especially when breaking the bark into bite sizes. Wilton brand melts have given me no trouble when layering, and everyone always goes back for seconds!

This chocolate has a good taste to it and it melted very easily in the microwave (30 seconds stir, 30 more seconds and whalla, perfect chocolate for molding. It doesn't make much molded candy though. I used a mold that used about a teaspoon for each individual little candy and I got about 40 candies out of it. The chocolate stayed shiny and didn't dull out like some.
