WindyNations Linear Actuator mounting brackets are manufactured from 1018 carbon steel and are capable of holding a 350 pound (159kg) static load. The mounting brackets allow for the linear actuator to rotate 180 degrees, if necessary for your mounting application.

The item arrived on time and is good quality. The only issue is the item picture is black and the item I received is unpainted metal. It was nothing that couldn't be fixed with some spray paint

Bought these because Amazon said these were "often purchased with" the PROGRESSIVE AUTOMATIONS Mini Linear Electric Actuator 12V (30", 50 lbs.) . However, the hole in the Actuator is 1/4" and the pins with the mounting brackets are roughly 5/16 and therefore don't fit. Needed to buy new pins at HomeDepot and some rubber washers to keep them from clanking around in the 5/16 bracket hole.

I used these to mount a linear actuator to my snowblower chute to change elevation. I also have a set on my 3 point mounted seed and fertilizer spreader so I can change the seeding rate without getting off my tractor. Both work well.

Stupid prices for what the brackets are. Look for actuator with brackets and u will save money. But work as advertised

This bracket selection was linked from the page from the actuator I bought. The pins included with this bracket do not fit the holes in the actuator I bought, I had to use 1/4” bolts. Not a huge deal, but if you’re going to link products together, let’s make sure they work together, shall we?

Hi Windynation, I opened the package with the brackets on Sunday, one of the pins does not have a hole for the securing pin.

They do what they were designed to do. Very robust. For the price I was expecting them to be made much more cheaply. They are surprisingly strong.

I purchased 3 linear actuators from WindyRiver and 3 mounting bracket sets to go with them in the same Amazon order. However, when they arrived I realized the pins in the mounting bracket pins are 0.315", the holes on the actuators are 0.31". Close, but they don't fit. I deliberately purchased both from the same company as I assumed they would fit nicely.One of the actuators I purchased with mounting brackets. These fit nicely, the pins are obviously a very slightly different diameter.If you look really carefully you can find the diameter of the holes on the actuators in one of the images associated with it, and the dimensions of the pins in the questions section here. But you really have to hunt to know it's not going to work, and I failed to find all this information before purchasing.

Worked great for a boat hatch application. I installed them with the 24" actuator from Everest Parts. Required drilling the mounting holes in the actuator a little wider so the mounting pins would slide through but was easily accomplished. Both brackets came with cotter pins as shown. Not black/ dark grey as they appear in photos however, regular silver steel.
