This decanter has a closure to keep out the air, a plastic spray distributor to aerate the wine when pouring in, and a punt in the bottom to allow any sediment to collect. Clear glass, tight fitting top. Sediment strainer built into the top. Holds contents of a 750ml bottle nicely. Opening is large enough to allow additional aeration but not big enough to put your hand in to wash it out. Good packaging. The only weak spot I see as of now is the plastic spray distributor which could be damaged in cleaning. Nice design!

The decanter is solid. Clear glass, no obvious flaws or chips. The aerator/sediment filter does a great job of both aerating and allowing you to pour through it to me this was a big plus that this was included. The neck is a little short on these so if you're used to handling a decanter by the neck, this might be a little bit awkward. Overall a really solid decanter. Given the shorter neck I'd probably want a way to grab it underneath like what the iceberg version seems to have but without the iceberg...
