Looks great in my living room for extra seating. Looks expensive

It's a really pretty chair. It is lacking in lumbar support. The seat is firm.

Great for smaller spaces! I’m 6 foot so obviously not something I can sleep in but a comfy sitting chair. It’s heated and has massage settings but more like vibration. It will hold up to 325 lb person. Looks pretty nice and is a good value for the money.

Love this chair, small enough for a small space yet big enough for comfortable sitting.

I've tried working with the seller to resolve the issue of receiving a defective chair. First I was offered $20 compensation and additional photos were requested, which I provided. Second communication from the seller was an offer of $40 compensation, and feedback from the factory regarding defect was "may be due to improper use". How so? By sitting in the chair? Reclining the chair? Only myself and my daughter have used this chair, and we are both of average weight and height females. Be aware that if you have any issues the seller and/or factory will not stand behind their product and you'll be stuck with a defective chair.EDIT 12/17/24 Seller sent a replacement chair, which I received today. Have upgraded by review to 4 stars. I docked one star because of the inconvenience I had to go through to get a replacement chair. But the seller did replace the defective chair, for which I'm grateful.

This chair was donated to me by friends who were interested in helping me with my recovery from hip surgery. It had all the features I was looking for, but I'm disappointed in it, because when you sit down, you can feel the motor or something under the seat. And it lands right on my sciatic nerve. So I've had to put down three pillows--one on the seat itself (a square, European style sham sized pillow) and two regular pillows to provide back and neck support. It is a little hard to push back the recliner and pull it back, but that may relax after I've used it a bit and loosened it up. I've managed to sleep more since my surgery, because the chair does provide some anti-gravity support for my back, but it will not lock all the way back. I do have less sinus congestion issues by reclining instead of laying flat. However, I can't sleep through the night on it because I wake up with some unexplainable pressure on my chest muscles. So I sleep half the night in my bed and half the night in the chair. It does the job, but not as well as I had hoped it would. If they had put more padding between the machinations of the massager and heater and the surface of the seat cushion, I might have given it a higher rating. In fact, a little more padding overall might have improved its looks--it's kind of boxy looking. It is easy to get in and out of, and I'm a petite sized woman, so my feet still dangle a little bit. I hope this helps. For the money, it's not a bad chair. Just not as nice as a more expensive chair might be. But the massage and heat features work and it does recline with a little effort, but then I'm still weak from surgery, which is why I need to make that little effort.
