The item was great, beautifully made, the company that delivered it not so great.I’m glad the item arrived in one piece and surprised it did at the same time. It had been opened and partially pulled from the packaging, then stuffed back inside and another wrapping put around it. Finally, the entire package was surrounded with about four layers of packing tape.The material is delicate, and paying a considerable amount for fast shipping and duties ($73), I was disappointed the purchase was treated with such little care during shipping.

Got these for the kids at church to do Praise and worship flag dancing during worship service and they love them. They came very quickly too.

The flow with these fans is very nice, and the silk length is great for practice. Long enough to look dynamic, but short enough I'm not tripping over them. My only complain is that the poi attachments are constructed with a crimp that holds the wire together, and the end of the wire poking out is sharp and can catch on the silk and tear them if you are not careful. A little bit of shrink plastic or tape will fix the issue so not a huge deal breaker, just something to be aware of to check before you begin spinning these beautiful fans!

We purchased the green-turquoise-blue fan pair. The color does not match the fan that is advertised in the picture, more specifically the green portion of the fan. It’s not an aqua green as shown in the advertised photo, it came true green which I’m unhappy with. The fabric is not seamless and hangs off the fans. The size of the fans are perfect for small adult female hands; however, I’m contemplating returning it due to not providing the product as shown in photo.

These just arrived and are exactly as described. They are beautiful and well made. Came with a bag to store them and accessories to turn them into poi. They were well packaged and shipped quickly. Excellent seller!

I love these. I purchased an expensive pair of real silk fans from an Etsy merchant and I have to be honest… I keep coming back to these. They are not the best for beginners because of the length but if you want to learn how to flow with silks the longer the silk the more beautiful. These are even more gorgeous when you iron out all of the wrinkles. A friend of mine bought the rainbow set and loves them. But them… the sea foam blue color is just stunning.

For a decent price these fans have everything: soft silk fabric, sturdy bamboo frames, center rivets with screw tops that allow you to adjust the tension when opening/closing (as well as make it easy to fix should the rivet fall out). The colors are vibrant, they open and close with a satisfying clack, and they flow beautifully. Would definitely buy again.

These fans are absolutely beautiful! I will say the following though:1. They're not dyed the same. I have a degree in textile design so I know it's tough to get an EXACT match, but basically what probably happened is that the 2 fans I received were either a) not from the same dye bath or b) one was dipped longer than the other. One end of mine is super orange yellow and the other is a yellow-yellow, if that makes sense.2. The mm of this silk is only 6mm (fairly thin & sheer) - so this makes them super extra flowy in the air. I was hoping for a slightly heavier (7 or 8 mm) weight for the price of these fans.3. The fans are packaged super tight. Had a lot of creases. So many that I bought a steamer to help get them out - hopefully in time the harsh creases in fabric will go away with more use and steaming. DO NOT IRON THIS SILK. It's so thin you'll probably burn a hole through it unless you're super extra careful. I wouldn't risk it. Hang them up with a pants/skirt hanger & team them instead.4. When I steamed these fans I realized there were a few too many holes/rips/fiber degradation. The silk is very thin like I said & basically I foresee ANY time I knick this fabric with the other fan (bamboo base) during tricks, it'll rip/tear holes in the fabric quite easily.I'm not returning because they already took a few weeks to get here and I don't want to wait for a return package & then send another pair back - it'll take too much time. These are just fine for my first pair of belly dance fans. Hope this review helps others. Thanks!
