I sat down with my 6-year-old granddaughter the other day and we decorated some of the eggs. She did 2 and she insisted that I do one too. This is a very easy and fun craft, especially before Easter. She did need some help with adding the bead and hanger to the top, but that was all I really had to do for her. She had fun just making up her own designs, she didn't want to look at the pictures and I think she did pretty well. It was very easy for her to get the paper backing off of all the embellishments she put on the egg. We had tried another similar type of craft, and it was nearly impossible to get the backing off without also pealing the adhesive off with it. This craft kit was so much more enjoyable because it was easier.There are a lot of eggs to decorate, so this might also be good for a small group of children to do.I asked my granddaughter how she would rate this, and she said to give it 5 stars and I agreed with her.

I ordered this craft for my elementary school arts and crafts class. I am very pleased with the design and the quality of the materials. The color scheme is very pretty. The variety of stickers and add-on decorations will make each egg look fantastic. I have a wide range of ages in my class, and this set provides the potential for each child to create a nice decoration according to his or her skill level. The foam stickers are thick are easy to use. The strings are nice woven cords instead of ribbons. I am very pleased with this craft, and I would purchase it again.

This craft kit was a ton of fun for my 2-year-old! The foam sticker backings were easy to peel, as were the jewel stickers. I had to help her string the finished eggs and use the double-sided tape dots for the bows, since the tape was a little tricky to use. However, an older kid would definitely be able to do this independently. The completed egg ornaments were really cute, she did all 24 of them over the course of a few days and gave half to each grandma, since they both have year-round holiday trees they decorate for each season. My daughter was really impressed by the jewel stickers especially!The kit came with enough empty goodie bags and to/from labels to sort all of the pieces into as party favors or ready-to-go individual kits, but I didn't end up using the goodie bags because my daughter was the only one who used this kit.
