This is a $10 pan being sold for (as of this writing) $24.Chinese made, very low quality, and unrefined. The bottom isn't flat.It is lightweight.Seller claims that it is 3.5 mm thick. This is only true when measured at the artificially thick top edge. The rest of the pan is thinner. There much better choices here at this price point.

I've cooked eggs in this every single morning since I got it June 8th. I don't use any butter or oil when I cook eggs, relying on the fat in the yolks, I've had zero issues with anything sticking to it. I've had one pan that lasted past two months and it was an 80 dollar chefs model. For the price, this can't be beat.

Overall like the size of the 12” Winco over the two 10” previously purchased but the 12” either came warp upwards in the center or warped during first use. Both 10” versions are still perfect pans, one bought a month ago and one bought two months ago. Also the pan had a gouge on the rim deep enough to show aluminum. The damage appeared to have happened before shipping but won’t affect cooking. The box it was shipped in was not dented and the pan was padded adequately. For those reasons I deducted a star and decided not to return and use as is with the warp.As for the pan my stove is gas so the warp actually helps drain the liquids and fats from under a piece of meat aiding in browning rather than steaming it. With an electric stove or induction the warp might affect the heating. I was going to dedicate the pan to making a super large family size omelet but I’ll continuing making them in my dedicated 10” Winco pan. Maybe the next 12” I order will be better. If not that one will get returned. The reason buying more than one Winco Excalibur non-stick pan is the quality of the non-stick coating. From the Winco website, “Excalibur® non-stick finish bonds to the aluminum for a long lasting, scratch-resistant finish.” From the Whitford website, the coating supplier, “ Excalibur® is the hardest and most durable non-stick coating in the market as it is reinforced on the exterior with a stainless steel alloy. Above all, it is used in gourmet kitchenware in all parts of the world.” Time will tell if this is true, the durability part, but I have high confidence from a few non-Amazon reviews I read that were from longer term users of the Excalibur coating.

I love these restaurant quality pans. I am gradually replacing older cookware. I've purchased all sizes and giving as gifts. Wash these by hand and use silicone utensils and they will last long time.

Best non-stick pan I've ever owned. I'm on my second 10 inch pan. Of course the non-stick coating will wear out eventually and I expected that to happen. Nevertheless both of my Winco pans have lasted longer than any other non-stick pan I've owned regardless of price. Great value, great cooking pan.
