Recieved the wok, followed the seasoning instructions and started cooking over a gas stove (with a cradle, purchased separately). Results were fantastic! Nothing, and I mean NOTHING stuck to the wok.

Fantastic product. Very well built, and currently being used under high heat, and no warping or discoloration. One of the most unique features of this walk is it has a form fitting glass lid, which is almost impossible to find elsewhere. The size is excellent for making stirfry rice for up to 4 to 5 servings, and we have enjoyed using it to make all natural homemade popcorn.

This wok is made of carbon steel, and it heats quickly and evenly, responding well to heat changes. All you need to do is properly season it so it can develop a nonstick surface.It comes with an included steamer rack that turns the wok into a steamer for vegetables. The handles are well-designed and comfortable. However, I was so impressed by its size that I'm considering whether I will use it or not. The description states that it is 13 inches, but for someone used to metric measurements in Europe, this didn't make much sense. I assumed it would be a standard size pan.It is very big, bigger than any pan I have, so it's difficult to find a place to store it when not in use. This wok is not ideal for my small family since I don't need to cook large quantities of food. I appreciate that it comes with a lid that fits nicely and lets you see your food, but the lid is even bigger than the pan.It might be perfect for restaurants, as food can't fall off even if you do the pan-flip. I wish there was a smaller version because I absolutely like the material and the shape of it. For quality, I would give it a 5/5, but for the dimensions, 3/5.

Has horrible heat transfer, only the bottom gets hot which completely misses the point of a wok.Awful “non stick” pre-seasoning comes off within first use and completely ruins the dish with gray flakes and tinges the food gray seems like it would keep flaking off unless removed entirely.Rule of thumb for woks: the cheaper the wok the better the wok. Unfortunately, this wok is “expensive”…
