Hooked this up to my wife's car - 2021 Subaru Outback / iPhone 14. Worked right out of the box. Response time is good, streaming quality is good. Takes about 15 seconds to sync up after car is started but that's normal for this type or product. Overall she's been very happy with it. Great value compared to similar products.

When I went to pair this with my car, it gave me a number to verify that it matched the number on the dongle, but there is no number on the dongle. There are no displays on it. I think this is a very common mistake they make for pairing things because I’ve had the same thing happen on multiple dongles.After you have paired it once, it will continue to pair automatically. If you’re listening to music or a podcast on your phone, your car will automatically start playing it if you want to use the maps or something just touch CarPlay on your car screen.It’s very stylish and seems to be well-made. It is packed very well and a quality box. It would be a good gift for your loved one going off to college or for anyone who you want to make sure stays focused on the road when driving.

Easy plug and play setup no instructions or computer savviness required. Comes complete w/ youtube, Netflix, and a bunch of other apps. I use it mostly to watch Netflix as a passenger on long trips. It's wireless too so you aren't cluttering up the interior of your car with lengthy cords. Works incredible and streams in perfect quality.

4.5 stars as it works but it is a pain to sync to work correctly.PRO:It was recognized by my raidio, but I had to unpair from another device before it would sync up.Google Maps, Apple Maps and Waze all worked as expected.Once connected it was fairly snappy, worked well.Separate USB cable! This is nice, and almost any usb cable will work.CON:No audio, I could not get any of the three navs to get the audio to play.Sync is a real pain. It would not regconize my iPhone 15 (after the first time).I have read some other reviews (5 star) I was very excited, It may have just been me but it took way to long to sync up, and it would flash my entire head unit for about 10-15 seconds before out would find my iPhone.I will test it again in my other car, and my motorcycle (touring motorcycle) with CarPlay to see if it will sync up.

I like to tinker around with electronics. One of my "measures" so to speak is that electronics should just work. I should not have to spend hours trying to figure things out. I can say that this adapter passes the test. I plugged it into my Mercedes E450, it powered up, I paired it to my phone and bingo, done and done. All of the functionality was there first run and off I went. I like it, saves me the trouble of plugging in my phone and we're off and running. Highly recommend this for the convenience.5 Stars from me.

I was skeptical about wireless Carplay, but the Larlarsa adapter completely changed my mind. It's a game-changer! Setup was a breeze - literally plug and play. No more tangled cords or fumbling around trying to connect my phone. The connection is rock solid, and I haven't experienced any dropouts or lag. Music, navigation, and calls all work flawlessly.The adapter itself is compact and doesn't obstruct the car's interior. It's been a few weeks now, and I can honestly say it's improved my driving experience significantly. If you're tired of dealing with cables, this is a must-have!Highly recommend!

I was tired of using a wire to connect my phone for CarPlay. Looked at this to see if it'd fit the bill...I've tried other dongles and they're a headache to connect. Not expecting too much, as soon as I plugged this in...within a few seconds, I got a screen prompt to connect via BlueTooth on my phone. As soon as I did - bam! CarPlay connected and started playing my Audiobook! Super Cool! It starts pretty quickly with no issues. The unit is small enough to tuck into my dashboard. Definitely worth buying for a simple wireless CarPlay experience that just....works!
