First off, I'm reducing one star on this Wireless-G5 because I do not know what band it operates on; VHF/UHF/2.4GHz? Additionally, the manual talks of a "channel" button - to be pressed in case of any interference, well, there's no such button on the Rx/Tx.That said, the product itself is manufactured well, and it works well - with no noticeable Latency (spec'd at It has a glossy finish, if there was a choice, I'd have opted for a matt finish. The footprint is small, very slim, and easy to use... importantly - no hiss along with the guitar sound; it is 100% noise-free.The sound from the receiver to the mixer/amp is absolutely clean.I'm using a Boss Gigcaster-8 digital mixer (and effects processor) before the amp.The plugs swivel 220°, inconspicuous, and do not interfere - either in the standing or sitting position. I tested this Rx/Tx on my high-end Pacifica SSH guitar and on the Lava Genie smart-guitar - with excellent audio reproduction - Lead, Rhythm, and Percussion.Charging was quick using the supplied USB-C cable. This has the standard 6.35mm audio plug.It comes in a rather elegant box. Makes a nice gift.

In the 10+ years I've been playing guitar I've never used a wireless guitar system but wow, this thing rocks! I might never go back! This wireless guitar system comes with everything you need to get started: a receiver, a transmitter and even a usb splitter so you can charge both at the same time. This is the first time I've seen a charger splitter included as a solve for charging multiple things at once and now I wish everyone would do it!The receiver and transmitter themselves are made from pretty high quality plastic, not super heavy duty but definitely substantial and high quality. Wireless systems aren't exactly known for being discreet but this thing looks totally fine attached to my amp and Les Paul style guitar. It's not the smallest wireless system also but not the biggest or most clunky. It's about the size of half of a flip phone. I might not want it poking out from the front of my SG or other guitars with front-facing inputs, but on my tested LP and Tele it tucked away pretty unobtrusively. The push button connection system feels tactile and responsive and connection is super quick. I can't speak to battery life yet but I tested it with several hours of on and off playing and had no issues with signal cutoff or dead batteries. The signal on this system is impressively strong. I walked around my house while playing through it and had no problems maintaining a strong connection even between rooms on the other side of the house from each other. If this thing can send signal through multiple layers of drywall 600ft away it will hold its signal just fine on just about any stage you could hope to find yourself on. The sound quality is excellent, I'm sure there's some signal degradation but it's basically imperceptible by ear.Overall an excellent wireless solution and a solid deal for the money!

Recently added this wireless guitar system to my home setup and it's been quite useful for my casual playing sessions. As someone who occasionally plays between work calls from my home office, I love not having to worry about tripping over cables when I switch between my laptop and guitar. The plug-and-play feature is straightforward - connected it to my electric bass in seconds without reading instructions. During a small gathering last weekend when my teenager's friends came over to jam, they were able to take turns playing without the hassle of unplugging and replugging cables. The range is sufficient for our living room setup, though I noticed some minor sound quality differences compared to a direct connection. Battery life lasted through an entire afternoon session without needing a recharge, which was adequate. The rotating plug is helpful when connecting to different instruments. For fellow hobbyists who dislike cable clutter or need moderate mobility while playing, this system offers a reasonable and affordable solution.

I've always been a fan of wireless guitar systems. I don't really gig at all so I mostly use them when playing in my studio or jamming with friends and family. This wireless set it quite nice for the price (I used to have to spend hundreds of dollars to get something equivalent back in the day).Out of the box, these were fully charged and paired right up to each other once I turned them on. I plugged the receiver into my amp and the transmitter into one of my electrics and started to play. They sounded very nice, and there was no inference or static that I could hear. They come nicely packaged with a dual-head charging cable, and the reported battery life is 5 or more hours (I haven't played that long to confirm though). I like how the case is a smooth plastic and how it hugs the body of my guitar, so I don't have to worry about scratches. There are only two downsides in my opinion. The first is that the transmitter and receiver are both identical, except one says Transmitter and one says Receiver (along with a picture). My issue with that is that I have bad eyes, and if it's dark, it could be hard to see. It would have been nice if they were different colors or if the receiver was a different shape, so it would be completely obvious which is which. The other downside is the instructions...they look nice and first with some nice images, but the translation to English was very poor. The instructions claim that you can change channels but the instructions on how to do it aren't great, and it claims to have 10 channels, but I'm afraid to try changing one because it might be a guessing game on how to get them paired back up.These gripes are very minor though, and I still think they are a great set for home use. I don't know if I'd rely on them for a major gig or anything.

I had my doubts - they were addressed. We've all see "This is Spinal Tap" and we all know that these sort of rigs can have their issues, and that's what I was expecting. Well: I was wrong. This remote set worked very, very well! And to be blunt: at this price? Really remarkable. To test out, I did the following:1) Charged both sender and receiver - very easy to do with the included split USB cable.2) Hooked up sender to guitar and reciever to amp to test latency.3) Moved all over the house to test the range.4) Plugged receiver into effects board to see what would happen.5) Left them on, running, for over a day tot est battery life. And here are the results:1) Took very little time to come up to a full charge, and the included double USB-C charger made this easy.2) No noticable delay whatsoever - no different than hooking up to an amp via cable.3) Went to the other end of the house, probably about 4 feet away, separated by two walls which I know from my WiFi install tend to block signals and could still hear my amp ringing out - again, with no discernible latency.4) No difference in tone, no interruption in signal - again, may as well have been a cable.5) These were still ready to go after 24 hours with intermitten play sessions. Not a very rigorous test, but here's what I can say with reasonable confidence:- It will handle signal into effects board or direct into amp / preamp.- You can move a good ways away (e.g. on stage) and still play normally.- The signal is powerful enough to overcome a lot of common electronic noise sources e.g. wire in the walls, nearby electronic devices.- It will last thorugh a whole gig if charged fully. So I say: buy with confidence! Bear in mind I am not a professional musician and so maybe my test was a bit lightweight, but I can say that this exceeded my expectations.
