It works but there is minor lag, nothing noticeable regarding audio sync but we tested it on an xbox and in game there was some latency.

I used to have one of these wireless transmitter sets for Super Bowl parties in the old days. It required one phone-sized transmitter, one phone-sized receiver, 4 HDMI cables, and everything had to be plugged in to electricity. For all that, it cost $200+ and there was a noticeable lag in terms of latency and the quality of the display.I am happy to report the old days are gone! These are two small thumb-drive sized parts. You hook them up on both ends. one to your laptop or gaming device, one to your TV. For some devices, you may need to read the user's manual or do trial and error for the best HDMI port. But the bottom line is that it works, and works pretty easily. In terms of output, it worked really fast and was easy to get the resolution close to equal on both. Picture quality is good. There is some latency, but I did not see that much delay, especially compared to the "old days." It was very little to no notice, better than in some sports bars with multiple TVs. I would recommend this product to anyone!

Nice system, but with variables so suggest reading the instructions. It is kind of plug and play but not exactly. I pulled the transmitter in and turned it on. Had the RX plugged in but nothing happened. I pushed the button on the RX still nothing. I had a couple of blinking lights on the TX – connecting, and screens. Read and reread the quick start card with no luck. Finally, I pugged power into the USB C port on the RX and a blue light came on. It didn’t seem to be charging anything just powering the RX. After that I got a sold signal light, and the connecting light stopped blinking. Still no picture though.Read through the whole book, tried long pressing the TX button, tried powering the TX (which was not an issue as it has a fourth light that will indicate if it is low on power). All the trouble shooting said things like bad connection with HDMI or graphics card. I checked all the settings which seemed good then read again “one short press on the TX button to turn the stream on and a short press to turn it off”. No way, I did one short click on the TX and the screen light stopped blinking and immediately got a picture on the TV/monitor. After that everything was simple.I did test the RX again with and without power to it. For my monitor the RX side required some sort of external power. The kit comes with 2 USB C power cables for both the RX and the TX. There is a basic HDMI extension cord which is good because the large TX unit blocks my power port. There are also adapters for Micro and Mini HDMI.Overall, works we and a nice kit.

my living room, fireplace blazing, comfy couch... and a giant TV mounted above the mantle. Problem is, no space for my cable box and Blu-ray player! Enter this little wireless HDMI magic box. Now, I'm no tech wizard, but this thing was seriously plug-and-play. Hooked it up to my devices, plugged the receiver into the TV, and bam! Picture perfect. No lag, no fuss. The LED screen on the transmitter is a nice touch, lets you know everything's connected right. And the best part? No more cable spaghetti snaking across my living room or up the wall. This thing is wireless, baby! Freed up a ton of space and gave my entertainment center a much cleaner look. The picture quality is crystal clear, even when I'm streaming 4K movies. And the metal housing gives it a nice, sturdy feel. It does get a little warm, but it shouldn't be anything to worry about.Overall, this wireless HDMI kit was a lifesaver. If you're short on space or just hate messy cables, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. It's easy to use, works great, and makes a big difference in my living room setup. Five stars!
