My son and I were both pleasantly surprised with how nice these are for only $40. These are built really well, they seem to be quality materials. They work exactly how they should. We have filmed several videos since these arrived and the sound quality is so much better than expected. The noise cancellation works really well, just the way it should. The battery life is nice and long. They are portable and come in a small case similar to an earbud case. They charge up fine and connect really quickly and easily to my phone. My son loves them so much that we will be buying him a set to use as well.

I used this attached to both my Samsung galaxy zfold 6 (android phone) and a samsung galazy book 5 pro (windows laptop) And in both cases it just worked in that the default microphone switched to the lapel mice and I didn't have to install or adjust anything. Easy to setup.Sound is clear and I was able to stay connected clear across the house.The one thing it is missing, that would have been nice is to have one mic be the Left track and the other the right, so you could record in stereo, or have a host on one mic and the hosted person on the other and get a spacial feel Instead they both record as a single track.The magnets on the back of the microphones made it easy to use them with the clips or just put the magnet on the other side of clothing and it would hold it on that way.The charging case is a similar style to something like earpods, though much larger (it contains to mics and the receiver) It displays the charge level of the case as well as the charge level of the two mics independently, which is very handy.comes with wind blockers, which would be handy for outdoor recordingMy biggest gripe is the USB/lighting plugs on the receiver. First the lighting plug sticks out and gets in the way whenever I have the USB-C plugged in. Since no one will be using lighting going forward it would be better to just not have that. I thought about cutting it off or something, but decided it would probably mess up the electronics. The other issue is that the way it is positioned on the receiver the receiver ends up blocking any nearby ports. So on my laptop, for example I can't charge while using the receiver, it blocks the other USB-C used for charging.I wish there was a bluetooth pairing option as well as the USB-C input.

Comes with a charging case that looks like an earbud charging case on steroids. Inside the case there is room for the two microphones with an attached magnetic disc (and I don’t understand why the discs are needed since each microphone is already magnetic?) and the receiver. The case charges with a USB-C cable (included), and the microphones charge from the case, but be sure you rotate the mics so the “hotspot” of each one is attached to the corresponding “hotspot” of the case. Each mic also has a USB-C port so they can be charged away from the case, but using he case is more convenient.The receiver is small, with a USB-C plug on one end and a Lightning plug on the other. The receiver has to plug into the bottom of the phone, which was a problem for me as the plug would not reach through my iPhone’s OtterBox case so I had to remove my case before I could use it. Fut future use I will have to get a small Lightning extender cable, but it won’t be as neast as having the receiver snug against the phone body. Once attached it worked perfectly, connecting with both microphones easily. The light on the reciver goes steady when the mic is connected and each mic has a “link” icon to show its status as well. The connection was solid from a little better than even a good Bluetooth has typically given me.The sound quality was excellent on video recordings I made from my iPhone some yards away, including a decent noise cancellation. The kit includes two plastic lapel clips that attach magnetically to the back of the mics, two lanyards that can tie on to the lapel clips so you can wear each mic as a necklace, and two wind screens that appear to be gray “faux fur” (to me it looks like a mini-Tribble has attached itself to you 😊) that also do a good job hiding the techie face of the mics.Only complaint (apart from the problem with my phone case) is that all the “crunchy bits” (lanyards, clips, charging cables and windscreens) don’t store in the charging case, so you have to put them in the also included vinyl pouch and carry it with you.

I am just getting started filming some video and I had a lapel mic set for my old iPhone, but when I got my 15 Pro Max, the no longer worked because of the jack. So, off to find a new pair I went. I was so excited when I came across these! I love that they attach through your shirt with a magnet and don't need a clip. They do come with ones in case you are in a situation that requires one, but I prefer to use the magnet through the shirt instead. They also come with little lanyards, but I don't think I'll ever use them. The sound quality is great, but my standards! Connecting it is a breeze. The receiver has both an iPhone style jack and a C jack and plugged right into my 15 Pro Max. Boom. Connected! I tested with and without the mic and made a short video. The sounds is consistent and all of the echo and "room noise" went away. They also come with little furry covers to put over them for noise reduction. I think these are great and would be perfect for someone filming for online purposes, personal videos and just for fun. They are fairly budget friendly, and I feel like for the ease of use, quality and what they are, they are a good, budget friendly option. I really like the size of the charging case and how compact everything is.
