The sound quality on these is surprisingly good for the price. They are easy to use great if you're on the road. The windscreen they come with work rather well. When the wind is blowing you don't rea.ly hear the wind. They charge quickly and last a long time. I really don't have any complaints about this.

I'm a newbie to audio recording and this was my first microphone device. I've had a few challenges getting this set up, which I do attribute to my novice status - for that reason, I've given it 4 stars rather than 5. I wish it was a bit more beginner friendly, as I still haven't consistently managed to get high quality audio out of it. With that said, it is incredibly cool that it works with both my phone and my laptop, and I absolutely love that the mics stay on magnetically. this is a huge selling point for me. They are very subtle and work with any outfit, much better than clips and much less annoying than holding it in your hands. If you are a fellow true beginner: this is a nice starter set, but it might take some patience and tinkering to figure it out since the instructions weren't particularly easy to follow. But it does seem to give you everything you'll need to get started (and then some) at an experimentation-friendly price.

I am going on vacation soon and wanted a couple small wireless lavalier mics that I could use either with my phone, or with the controller of my drone to capture voice audio while narrating my activities.This set is really great. It comes with literally everything you need including:- Two small wireless lavalier mics w/ magnetic clothing mounts (the magnetic back can be placed inside your shirt, and the mic holds itself to the back nicely.)- One USB-C based receiver that can be plugged into any USB-C port on phones, laptops, cameras, etc. This also has a pass-through USB-C port so you can charge the recording device while using it.- A magnetic charging case that holds the mics and the receiver (similar to how AirPods work,) which charges via USB-C.- One USB-A to USB-C charging cable.- USB-C to USB-A and USB-C to Apple Lightning adapters (so the receiver can be plugged into nearly anything.)- Two spring clips with embedded magnets (as another way to mount the mics to clothing)- Two necklace-sized straps that can be attached to the magnetic backs so the mics could be worn as a necklace (Note: I forgot to include them in the photos.)- Two wind muffs for use in windy conditions.- A brief user manual.- A small drawstring bag to hold the accessories.The mics have four modes:1. Noise cancelling. This is the default mode that is enabled when the mic is removed from the charging case or turned on manually. I didn't test to what extent the noise cancellation works, but the sound was fine in this mode. I assume it will work well when there is other background noise present.2. Normal. A single press of the switch on the side of the mic changes to this mode. This is simply the mic without the noise cancellation active.3. Mute. Three presses of the mic button will mute the mic.4. Reverb. Four presses of the button will activate a strong "reverb" effect.I tested the mics by connecting the receiver to my iPhone 14 Pro and removing one or both mics from the charging case. The mics powered on automatically and connected almost instantaneously. (No pairing was required.) I used the Voice Memos app on my phone to test the sound from both mics individually and at the same time. With both mics active I could hear audio from both simultaneously with no issues. The audio was clear and fairly sensitive. I tested the range walking around the house and the mics worked from 30+ feet away and through standard walls without a problem.The receiver indicates whether one or both mics are in use, but does not seem to indicate explicitly which of the mics is connected. (Whichever mic is turned on first lights the first connection indicator on the receiver, and if the other mic is enabled...it shows as the second mic connected.) I'm not sure what the button on the receiver does, as pressing it while the mics were connected did not seem to change anything. I think this may only be used to pair the mics if they somehow become unpaired.I didn't test the battery life, but the small manual claims a 7 hour working time. If it is anywhere near that, it is plenty for anything I will use it for.I am not big fan of how you change modes. Muting the mic requires three presses of the small button, and you have to cycle through all modes. The status LEDs indicate which mode you are in, but I could see very easily putting the mic in reverb mode accidentally after muting it, so be sure to pay attention to the LEDs when changing modes.I like the magnetic mounts that allow you to simply clip the mic through the fabric of your collar or shirt. Without the wind muffs, the mics are relatively unobtrusive, though the status indicator LEDs are visible at all times.The only negative to that mounting solution is that when you remove the mic, you must remember to have hold of the backing piece, or it will fall inside your clothing, or to the ground.The magnetic backs do clip fairly securely to the mics, but pay attention to how they are oriented, as they can only be correctly placed in the charging case if they are in the correct orientation. (Rotating the back while on the mic will tell if it is fully seated or not.)The manual is small and with extremely tiny type, and has typically rough translations to English, but the device is very easy to use and doesn't require much to get working. (Understanding the mic modes is probably the most important part.)Overall, I really like these mics. They are super compact and easy to use. These are a great option for capturing ausio for videos, social media posts, etc.

I have a couple specialties that I review. I'm always into wireless microphone sets and surveillance cameras. If you go to my history, you can see a ton of both of those things that I review so I think I've got some credibility in this department. These things sound great. They're well built. The range is amazing. The noise canceling is next level. They sound like microphones that cost three times this price tag. I don't know how they did it and to be honest I don't really care. I just know the result is an awesome set. I've gone through like 10 of those $20 or so sets that feel flimsy don't sound great and have dubious range. This is not one of those sets. This is what you get when you're sick of those sets. Buy with impunity you, handsome devil.
