If I could give this 10 stars, I would. This is hands down my favorite purchase of 2025. The app is incredibly easy to use, the print quality is perfectly clear, I never have any issues with it. I store inventory for my online store inside of a storage unit, so I do not have any outlets. Having a rechargeable printer was a must! It was a bit pricey but I’m glad I decided to try it out because it was well worth every penny! The labels are pretty affordable and easy to order within the app. The labels cost $9.99 (Free Shipping) and I believe it comes with 150 labels (2 rolls of 75). It’s so small and takes up almost no space on my desk. I would highly recommend this printer!

IF YOU NEED REPLACEMENT LABELS- you buy them in the app. It’s easy. 👍🏼

The labels don’t print clearly but other than that I had no issues. Prints easily and quickly. Overall works well but labels don’t print well

Great product but you can’t find the extra thermal paper anywhere to fit this size!

I was on the search for a thermal label printer for easy return labels. This is it!!! It’s so easy to use. It works fast, the labels print perfectly, and it’s thermal so I won’t be spending money on ink. This printer is already well used and worth the money.

So far I've made a handful of returns and is working great, my family started asking me to print for them their returns as well, it's fairly simple to operate and really makes the returns a breeze.Pro'sNo wires, I've had it for about three weeks, and so far I didn't need to charge it.The labels are in a roll so it's not a stack of labels outside of the printer like the other ones I've tried.Their app is great and makes it super easy to crop the label, I haven't tried it but you can also purchase on the app and create a label from new if you need to ship something.ConsIt's a roll with only 80 labels so if you print alot you'll need to order every so often (you can order on the app).I tried printing with my laptop but apparently you can only print through their app.All in all if you don't have a regular printer, or you want to make returning more convenient I recommend this product
