This thermometer worked really well......for about a week. Then it completely stopped. I'm returning it. I ordered a replacement thinking it was just a back one. Well, on the day the replacement was supposed to be delivered I got an email saying there was a delay in shipping. I thought, ok mistakes happen. The on the second day it was supposed to be delivered, I got the same delayed shipping email again! I canceled the order and ordered one from a different company.

Second time I tried one of these types of pool thermometers. This one was easy to setup, just follow the directions. Immediately started working. We lost thr hook up from thr base unit to thr pool thermometers once, it tells you which button to push id that happens and it connected back up immediately. Four star because I haven’t had it very long. I tecommend based on what I have seen so far.

Works pretty good. Bluetooth connection isn't great. I have the unit in my window and its in my pool maybe 12-15 feet and it disconnects. its still worth the money I pay. For the most part it was easy to set up. No issues with battery life and no issues with it being waterproof.

Worked for a day or two then the thermometer refused to connect with the base unit. Even placing the units inches apart didn’t help. Plus the thermometer was leaky. Sent it back!

UPDATE:. Customer service actually got back to me, you need long press "+" to go into AP01 pairing mode, which the instructions weren't clear about. After getting it into pair mode it connected to wifi with no issues. Now it's totally working as advertised.The app can't find the device and the instructions for pairing are terrible. Kind of useless without wifi. I'm waiting to hear back from their "customer service"....will update if they can correct the issue. For now, I don't recommend.

Had a difficult time setting this up. Had to put it into a programming mode. One set up everything seemed to be OK, however, three days in and I can’t read the temperature anymore. Reboot the system and switch channels in case of interference. Seems to be reading now, but dropping in and out. I like gadgets, but if it is advertised for distance and reliability, then it should hold up. I am very disappointed at this point.
