Nothing else to add, just read the title.The WIX trans filter fit just as expected.I drive a 2001 pathfinder SE 4wd and getting maintenance parts is starting to get difficult but this WIX kit removes all worry for your transmission fluid and filter changes.

Filter went on easy on my 03 Nissan Frontier crew 2wd auto,I used old oem metal gasket on it. Couldn't use one that came with it, nicks out of it, and all loll twisted to dickens.

Seems good quality. The only reason for the 4 star is the gasket was not an exact fit. All the bolt holes were fine but one on the corners did not cover the whole surface area as the previous gasket did. The gasket can only go on one way as the bolt pattern determine positioning. I just put a bit more gasket sealer their. No leaks after installing. This was on a 2002 Infiniti QX4.

The part fits as described; however, replacing the transmission filter was totally unnecessary on a car even with 140K miles. The filter media inside a transmission filter is nothing like an air filter that you are familiar with. This filter has a coarse mesh so it can only trap large particles. Where would you get these large particles from inside the transmission? The old filter appeared to be in perfect shape.

I can't really write a review on this, since there's not much I can review.All I can say is that the Transmission gasket/filter kit fit my 2001 Infiniti Qx4, 4x4 :)I actually sent the truck in to my local mechanic to have him install it. I didn't hear any issues about it, nor has my transmission leaked any fluid out after the change.Good for regular maintenance. The gasket is a felt-type material. Not rubber, or metal. Seemed durable enough for me. Wix is a pretty reliable gasket/filter manufacturer. Probably the other cheaper brands are par with Wix's filter/gasket product here. I figured to go with "reputation" of Wix and passed on the lesser known names of the other brands. What's a few dollars over the course of 5+years between changes (the filter/gasket, not the fluid).
