If someone told me I could only have one garden tool for pruning trees and removing deadwood, this would be it. Anytime I step out into the garden this goes in my back pocket, wether I'm off to pruning the fruit trees or scaling up the large Cedar trees, this tool is very handy and has a great Swedish blade, and lasts very long.

Light weight, but works OK for light jobs. It's easy to carry in my back pocket. It was worth the price. Still using it occasionally, 5 years later.

The beauty of this is that it folds compactly. Yet, when you unfold it to use, it feels like a solid one piece saw due to the clever design of the bolt and handle. I use it for think branches on azalea, boxwood, and smaller trees and it works great for those. For large branches/trees, more than 8 inches thick, you would want a larger saw I think.
