This Wolfgang Puck pizza oven is awesome! It comes with all of the accessories one would need. included is a reversible grill plate and pizza stone, a pizza peel and a thermometer. This pizza oven uses wooden pellets and can be a little tricky to get to the correct temperature, however very worth it. It is built extremely well with good quality metal and is very easy to put together.

I was really doubtful about this pizza oven. It seemed like an odd design and I was skeptical about how it could heat up to the 950 F but it totally does.Assembly is very quick and simple, a couple of screws and then adding the legs and chimney and that's pretty much it. I ordered the wood pellets and some lighters and that was all I needed. I read from other reviewers that this works best with a traditional italian pizza dough versus a NY or Chicago style so that's exactly what I did. I made my dough and had toppings for basic margarita and also I did a quattro formaggi but added black truffle. Both pizzas were absolutely stunning. I was so surprised. I honestly thought they would either be under cooked or completely burnt but I kept a watchful eye on them. Obviously at this size I could only do one pizza at a time and this is smaller so I kept the size of the pizza to around 10 to 12 inches. What is so great is the crust of the pizza is what you'd get from an Italian restaurant. Charred and crunchy which a little chew. Super tasty too. Once the oven had hit the right temperature which only takes around 15 minutes, my pizzas were fully baked and ready in about 2 minutes. Obviously you can cook to your desired preference. This includes a paddle so you can easily add and remove the pizzas to and from the oven.I haven't tried roasting any meats in it yet but excited to try that sometime. I will add that I have never eaten so much pizza in my life, and my waistline is slightly bigger than it has been before!

I love making homemade pizza, so I was excited to try this pizza oven. It’s compact, easy to use, and truly fantastic. Assembly was quick and secure, with sturdy yet maneuverable materials. The top handle makes it portable, and the included recipe book, pizza peel, and digital thermometer are great extras. You'll need both pellets and grill starters, so be sure to have both on hand.

It is certainly fun to be able to make your own “wood fired” pizzas at home - but this oven has its limitations - while still providing family fun if you are very patient and willing to try and try again. Here a list of observations I encountered:-. Installation: takes time - but has a video that certainly helps: be careful of some sharp edges-. Storage: not big, not small but the chimney makes it difficult to “just cover” - keep it in mind, or unscrew chimney every time for better covering-. Heating: yep, it heats - but boy do you need to stay present to feed that pellet monster; no walking away or getting a beer or glass of whine - and pellets are NOT wood-fires, no matter what you say-. Heating II: It takes time! - Be oh so patient to get it up to a decent temperature, and even more patience to learn to KEEP the temperature-. Size: States for a 12” pizza, but barely! - and while a decent size, it’s maybe a pizza to share but not enough to feed a family, so -more patience- to make more than one pizza for the night-. Get it right: There is definitely another learning curve to figure out how to place and how frequently to turn the pizza - good tools and maybe a second person (to keep feeding the monster) makes it more enjoyable-. Is It Fun?: Well, like grilling, it’s about the process and the atmosphere - and once mastered also about the outcome; but don’t expect magic the first time around - a good attitude, willingness to experiment, and maybe a couple of friends or a significant other to join “the party” certainly will help! Oh, and don’t forget a good class of Chianti, Valpolicella, or Montepulciano. Salute!Overall an ok pellet stove for the occasional outdoor pizza night (not a large party)- but it doesn’t produce a true wood fired pizza; there are obviously other choices around, research what is best for you. - Fairly ok priced but not cheap.🌟 3 STARS⭐️ -> (*My RATE SCALE*: 5=perfect; 4=minor imperfections; 3=on fence; not sure if I’d buy again; 2= too many problems; 1= shouldn’t be sold or is dangerous).

Good luck getting it up to temp, even better luck getting the pizza onto the stone after heating. Spent hours trying to heat it up. This thing is garbage.

Stone arrived broken... which means it's unusable.
