True to size, didnt ride up. I played in the ocean for hours and they werent binding. Comfortable. I got a large, Im 150lbs.

These board shorts fit true to size and are comfortable. They are well suited for the water as well as walking and any type of exercise. Good support for the waist and stomach. Retains it shape even after washing.

These are a great length and I love the outer layer. But, the inside layer, which is supposed to be kind of like compression shorts, is annoying. It has grips to keep them from riding up, but they are counter productive and cause them the be more uncomfortable and to ride up or roll up. It's a great idea for swim shorts and this is likely not a problem for someone with very thin legs. Overall they are good swim shorts but not comfy for me. They do fit true to size.

I normally wear a size medium. I followed the size chart and it says to wear a size large. I did have some size issues because I am curvy on the bottom more so than my waist. The shorts fit my hips perfectly. However, I felt like the other parts were a little bit big. I probably should’ve just ordered my regular size.I like the style of the shorts. I got them to go on a hike up to a waterfall. I wanted to make sure I had coverage from the elements but also something that I could swim in, and that would dry quickly. This short is really is ideal for that kind of adventure. I will probably still wear them for my hike. Feels very comfortable although I think it’s supposed to fit a little bit tighter on.
