The flock is a very fine grade therefore it can be used with PVA as an adherent to wood and gesso paste. Being of a fine grade it shakes out well without going lumpy.

The simple truth is you can never have enough variety of scenic coverings. The key to using this shaker is to overapply it, as misting a glue/alcohol mix will shrink and contract as it dries, showing the base layer. A reapplication may be necessary. It is better to layer the scenery covering than trying to mix it into one shaker. One quart will go quite far in coverage. I would say I average about 1 quart every 10 square feet.

Pretty simple thing but the shake container works very well and you get lots of material. this is a convenient size if you make dioramas or model railroads. Woodland scenics simply makes quality materials.
