I was having the worst time finding a rampfor my old man chihuahua that didn’t slip and slide on my hard floors. This doesn’t budge!! And it doesn’t scratch the wood! Only major downside, it really should have side rails just in cause. And is a bit steep I think for my older boy. But great price for great quality! Plus he definitely won’t slip due to traction going up and down. He easily learned how to use it.

I bought this ramp for my pug, who is a bit older and on the chubby side, and cannot get up onto the bed. I did a lot of research and reading of reviews prior to choosing this one, and it really paid off. My dog is a little skiddish, and I was afraid that he would be too scared to use the ramp. But I only had to bribe him with treats twice, and now he runs up it like nobody’s business! I’m so glad he can now get up onto the bed when he wants, instead of sitting at the feet, crying. This has been a huge back saver for me, too! I highly recommend this ramp for anyone that has senior dogs or dogs of the larger variety. It’s very sturdy and doesn’t take up much space. Also, having the non-slip texture on it is great. I’m very happy with my purchase, as I have gotten ramps before (of lesser quality), and my dog would not use them.

pro-the ramp was well built. wide enough for 2 small dogs to travel up and down. the rubber was non slip.con-at the bottom of ramp is a big gap from floor to ramp bottom. my pup ran up the ramp and got her leg caught under it. we thought it was broken because she had her leg turned out. emergency vet visit on weekend. they did xray,sprained but not broken. it was a close call. the rubber could be thicker, because when a heavy dog runs up it it sounds like they are going up a plain board without cushion.if my pup didn't get hurt i still would have it but i cant chance it. i did buy a foam ramp and its great,at least for small dogs! dont have to worry about stubbing your toes or your dogs feet.
