This bike basket is made of woven plastic, and the plastic material is so thin that if you pinch it it'll leave a crease. I'm not sure how long this will last. It's a cute basket and from far away it looks like wicker, but I feel the quality just isn't where it should be, sadly. The leather straps are the nicest quality part of it, in my humble opinion.I ended up sticking this above my cupboards with artificial peonies, and it looks beautiful there. I did end up purchasing a different bike basket that I feel will last longer in use.

This review is for Woven Bike Basket with Leather Straps by LWX. I won’t be using this on a bike because it was just what I was looking for to hold books in my granddaughter’s toy center. It was easy to attach and the adjustable straps allowed it to be long enough for her to reach in. In my mind, she thumbs through them all and finds a book she wants to “read”. In reality she pulls them all out one at a time and throws them on the floor and laughs while I pick them up. Ah…. Grandma Life…

I’m really pleasantly surprised with how much I liked this bike basket. Has a great look to it and the material is very lightweight, water resistant and sturdy. The faux leather straps to attach it add to the look and they also included some white zip ties to attach the bottom of the basket to the bike as well so it doesn’t tilt as much. The basket has enough of a flex to it that this works well. (I thought this would be an issue for my bike due to the wires up by the handle as it’s an electric assist bike). Very pleased with this!

Love this basket! It’s got that classic, handwoven look with a nice traditional weave and real leather straps that give it a vintage vibe. Super easy to attach and it stays put while riding.The size is just right—not too big, not too small. I can toss in a water bottle, my small purse, or a couple of groceries without it feeling overloaded. The plastic wicker is really smooth too—no weird rough spots or sharp edges, which is always a plus.Only knocking off one star because I’m not sure how well it’ll hold up with heavier stuff or in rainy weather over time. But for cruising around town or quick errands, it’s perfect. Definitely makes my bike look way cuter too!

This is a perfect basket for what I needed - a place to stick the mail while I rode from my mailbox to my door. The plastic wicker is nice, easily flexed around my handlebar cables, and won't deteriorate like organic wicker. The strap don't really seem to be leather unless you're familiar with "rich Corinthian leather". Includes the 2 straps and 3 zip ties to secure it if needed.
