Seem sturdy & the finish is pretty. Not adjustable, so they may not fit your steps. You're on your own for assembly as there are no instructions (just one VERY fuzzy low definition photocopied sheet that doesn't show anything), but after a misstep or two, I got it together.

The biggest negative are the anchor's that come with it. They're total garbage. Your looking for HARDENED STEEL, the ones they provide are HARDLY STEEL, more like cheap tin. Bought some Hillman anchors from the hardware store, extra $15. And I have the posts firmly anchored. For now, will have to see how long they hold up. Not that easy to install...... Probably much easier to install on steps where wood is used.
