This jacket was fantastic! I absolutely love it. The outer shell keeps you dry & is definitely wind resistant. The inside is so soft & being able to take off the outer shell is awesome. The zippers have lasted well & seems to be very strong-i usually break my zippers pretty quickly. The heated zones are very strong to where I only need to use it on low most of the time-I work with horses. The fit is great too but order a size smaller because I had to return the first one because it was way too big. If you do buy this jacket, live in an area like Montana where you will need it on higher temps, I recommend buying 1or 2 extra batteries though. I always say, the more heated areas & higher temps, the faster it will drain the battery. It just makes logical sense. I will definitely be buying from this company again!

I will change rating when i hear from them. Battery has been plugged in for over 3 hrs and hasn’t changed from the 70% it started with. I have changed plugs and doesn’t matter. I emailed them about it so we’ll see what they say. I will return it if they don’t figure out the battery charge.But overall jacket is nice and warm, a bit roomier than I’d like but small was smallest they had. (I’m 5’4” 110lbs)I would like it if it was a tad longer also but I can live with the length. I got this so I’m not so cold while watching my daughter ice skate. Was hoping to be able to use it today but sadly that will have to wait.

I love this coat. Even without the heat, the coat is very warm. The coat is very comfortable and works great. The battery is easy to get out and charge. The listing says it last 4 hours on high heat but I feel like it lasted 6-8 hours. I go out in the snow to plow and shovel and it kept me super warm while I was out. The heat is disperse perfectly. The heat doesn't feel like it's just in one spot. It felt like it kept my whole upper body warm. When the battery is in, there is a little weight to it, but not so much it bothered me. Even out in the snow, it protected me from getting wet and cold. I bought the coat in the color black and I love it. I like that the coat is washable. The coat has 3 heat setting so if you get too hot it's easy to turn the heat down. Simply push a button inside the coat to change the heat settings. The settings light up different colors so it's easy to tell what setting you are on. I would definitely purchase this coat again.

I absolutely love this jacket! It is so versatile and can be worn for three seasons. The inner layer can be worn by itself without the battery and heat for lounging around the house, or cool fall or spring days, while the outer layer can be worn on rainy days. When the two layers are zipped into one garment and worn together, it makes an awesome ski jacket. I was outside in 25F weather and didn't feel the cold at all except on my face and legs where the jacket did not cover, and I only had the heat on the lowest setting. The heating is very even and the jacket does a good job of trapping the heat in and keeping the cold out. The jacket is very well made, down to the smallest details, such as an inner phone pocket and a soft fleecy piece on the neck portion for the outer jacket, for when you wear it without the inside fleece jacket. I highly recommend this 3 in 1 jacket!

I was bought this as a gift. It fits true to size, is very warm! Battery life is good on low and medium settings but is short on high setting.Durable material, easy to clean. I will admit the zipper is frustrating to me because it takes multiple attempts to get the zipper started. I fear the life of this coat only because of perhaps a faulty zipper.

I bought 4 heated coats with the best ratings and compared them. While this was the most expensive at $116, it is worth it. The coat has two layers which can be unzipped and separated. The arm and back heat pads are great, though the ones at the upper abdomen are not as warm. The battery life is over 4 hours on the high setting; they all seem to take a few hours to fully charge. The color (black) and quality are good, and no funny smells. Comments say it runs small. I got Medium and am 5’3”/115. There’s room for a sweatshirt or sweater, which would probably be too hot. I think I’ll get a small for a less bulky look. Nice features are the hood and that the battery pack is in an inside pocket so it doesn’t take up space in a front pocket.
