This is not their normal Classic line. It has the Classic handle shape but doesn't have the full solid bolster. This is more like a Victorinox knife. Sharpe and handles well but lighter than a traditional Classic Wusthof. Probably good for people with hand issues, as are the light weight Victorinox knives. I'm sure this knife is worth the money, but it's not the super bargain that you thought.

This knife is RAZOR sharp out of the package. I have enjoyed it so much, I am looking for foods to chop. The 5" size is a little small. I might order the larger one eventually. Slicing an onion is a breeze; it melts through it. This knife joins the previously-purchased chef and paring knives to form a complete set for now. I would recommend this product.
