SO EASY!!! I’m obsessed with this lock! I’m not handy what-so-ever and I was able to install this super easily! It was easy mainly because the lock and door already matched up. Was a little awkward holding it all together but still doable alone. I didn’t add the extra screw on the inside because I’m renting but it’s still extremely sturdy

Easy install and apps easy to use. No issues with finger imprint. The temp password works great. Only negative is said can link with alexa but once connected it trying to find a vacuum cleaner and not sure how the lock will respond when the batteries die. Beside that a great purchase so far

Simple, but integrates well if you’re using the cameras and doorbell already. I love my Wyze products, they all are good quality and have worked for many years. They aren’t overpriced for their products. I’ve never had any connectivity issues or issues with the fingerprint or coded entry, works quickly (but not quietly)wonderful keyless entry option. Their app however could use some serious Dev work. Have had the same batteries in for about a year now.

I bought and returned 2 other “named” brands before trying this Keyless door lock. This one rocks, I like the auto-lock function. I can feel secure knowing that if anyone forgets to lock the door it will lock its self. And the battery life is super.

Very good build quality. Fairly easy to install and use, even for non-DIYers. Paired with my Wyze Video Doorbell, I could actually unlock it remotely if the situation called for it.

I was really debating to order the wyze door lock in black or silver , I am glad I chose silver as the finish is very nice . I am sure the black one is very nice as well but there was not a lot of picture of the silver available to see the actual finish . I posted some pictures for people to see .The lock it self is great , so many options for locking and unlocking .Combo lock works very well and you can have a ton of combo , they are easy to enter within the wyze app .Finger print scan is great and also very easy to do within the wyze app . You can scan so many different finger prints and have them work .Phone app to unlock and lock from the touch of a botton on your phone is amazing and the app confirms which status the lock is in . “Locked” or “unlocked”. … No more right before bed did I unlock that .The install is very fast , average person will take about 20 mins max , you need a few basic tools but nothing crazy . Setting it up in the wyze app take about 10 mins. Changing the battery is a breeze as the back plate comes off easily and the batteries are right there . The wyze app tells you the battery level so there is no surprises .You need to have wifi in the area of the lock to enjoy all the features , just something to note .I have used the lock for about 4 months now and have had zero issues with it , Wyze definitely made a great product . If you already are using the wyze app it kinda of a no brainer to go this route as it ties in seamlessly.

To my surprise, this thing is SLEEK. I decided to swap out my eufy fingerprint lock with this one. I started to have a lot of issues with the deadbolt on my eufy which I later found out is a common issue according to there reviews. So I decided on this lock because I know a lot of friends and family that use Wyze products that love them so I thought I’d give it a try. This thing is heavy. The quality of it is outstanding. The app is pretty straight forward and super easy to set up your code(s) and fingerprint(s). It’s about a full second faster at reading my fingerprint compared to my eufy. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Simple installation if you're somewhat handy. No harder than replacing a deadbolt. Once installed, setup was simple. Got the android app to complete setup, creating an entry code and adding finger prints. Just follow the instructions and you're up and running in a few minutes. Fingerprint entry is simple and fast, only having to re-scan when I miss the pad by a bit.Security wise, biometrics stay on the lock. Your fingerprints don't get sent to the cloud, and there is no key to pick. Which bring us to the negative. It doesn't have a backup key option. If this lock dies, you're locked out. I'm sure it'd be easy to drill out, but if you only have one entry door like some apartments, you might want to look for something with a key backup. It does have a USB port for power should the batteries die though.

Arrived in a timely manner. The key pad has a raised design where it mates to the outside door and fits np in a 2-1/8 " hole. Buy my existing hole was smaller and therefore the keypad wouldn't sit flush due to the raised portion not being able to fit within the hole. I had to enlarge my existing hole through the metal wood core door. This procedure is not for the average homeowner to perform!Once completed the lock installed easily and looks very nice also performing very well to date. Bluetooth connects well, lock is very responsive to fingerprints. One feature I didn't know this had was the One Time Code the app can generate remotely to be given to anyone for a one time use! I also like the auto lock feature which can be set to various # of mins.I would like the option to add a gateway or hub to make the lock accessible remotely by my choice without having to fork out for a doorbell cam !!
