Doesn't work for a car alarm light indicator replacement. The voltage coming from the car alarm light indicator wires is less than 5 V DC; maybe that's why.

I could barely tell it was on. Very dim. Does not flash so I have no idea why it is advertised as a flashing light. Completely useless. I estimate is is about .01 lumens.
