One of the radios stopped working after a few days. Tried contacting customer service multiple times — no answer, no help. Very frustrating.

I purchased these radios for my small business and received them from Amazon extremely quickly. I bought two sets, each containing two radios. (I have two more on order)I wanted to set them up in groups for all-chat and different zones, I emailed the email provided and he assisted linking all together. The XinPOC (set up on computer) interface was very easy to navigate. Each radio was assigned a name, and when you call someone, their radio ID is announced while they are speaking.I haven't tested their range over long distances yet, but wow, these radios are really impressive!

At first, I just bought their X13 walkie-talkie with a try attitude, and after using it for a while, the effect completely exceeded my expectations. There are no complicated Settings, and it is ready to boot. I tested it all over the country, no problem. Later, I bought their company's A63 walkie-talkie again, and after receiving the goods, I sent the equipment number to them, and they quickly bound the walkie-talkie together, and then they could communicate. Their service is the best and patient. My team needed to communicate between the United States and Mexico, and after I told them about my needs, they created a new program for me to communicate between Mexico and the United States for free. Thanks to them, I will buy more walkie-talkies in the future. Recommend their company again, great products, great after-sales service.

These aren’t your typical walkie talkies—they function more like push-to-talk cell phones. Each unit uses a SIM card and relies entirely on the AT&T 4G network. The upside is massive range—they’ll work coast to coast as long as there’s a signal. The downside is that in areas without coverage (like remote mountains), you’re out of luck.Setup and management are done through a web portal hosted on a Chinese site, which may not be ideal for everyone. The audio quality is solid, and the devices do what they’re built to do. But they’re probably not the best fit for most families or casual use. If you're intrigued, I’d suggest testing one or two before going all in.

I first purchased a set and was curious about coverage. I am in constant travel in and out of the field and office as well, from the gulf coast into different regions of the US and even into the west coast and Florida and abroad. These devices have been a great source of communication in between me and my colleagues and friends. From 20hrs away to 8 hr distance range and even some 30 hr distance drive time range away from other users I know they have yet to disappoint us. We haven't had any issues with service interruptions and I highly recommend considering a model with a different antenna if you are working in a more obsolete area in the middle of no where to fit your need, but even with this model we have experienced no issues at all. They work great!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

I must say, I am thoroughly impressed by this company's dedication to both their product and customer support. The features offered especially the ability to manage groups and settings through a user-friendly web interface—are among the best I've encountered.While occasional location issues may arise due to cellular coverage, that is a network limitation and not a reflection on the product itself. In fact, the reliability and performance of these PTT PoC radios have proven to be extremely solid in my experience.Everyone has different expectations when it comes to technology, and I do too. However, what sets these devices apart from the competition is, first and foremost, the price point. In today’s market, affordability makes a huge difference.The build quality is solid and feels durable in hand. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, even for first-time users. But what truly stands out to me * above all else * is the customer service. Their team is responsive, courteous, and genuinely committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. They don't just go through the motions; they clearly believe in supporting their clients and stand behind their product every step of the way.In my experience, they have consistently gone above and beyond to meet my needs. It’s rare to find such a level of care in today’s world. As the saying goes, kindness given is kindness received—and this company lives by that philosophy.I personally purchased two V1 units and two X13. Both are excellent devices. The X13 came with AT&T SIM cards, but at the time of this review, they are also compatible with a triple-carrier SIM, which is a fantastic option. I get identical signal strength in both models at my home base. I haven’t had a chance to test them side-by-side in remote locations yet, but I’m confident they’ll perform well.Bottom line: if you’re considering a PoC PTT walkie-talkie, these are absolutely worth your time and investment.
