They sent extra in case of deceased snails. So I still ended up with more than promised after the few (seven) that were dead. They were shipped on time and included care instructions on how to acclimate them for my tank.

There weren't a lot of snails that made it. The area of the glass was too much for the snails. I can't see any results.
