OUTSTANDING tribute to a Veteran of Vietnam and a great man! Had problems with the delivery service breaking the glass on the first one. Seller immediately remade the box and shipped it. Shipping company again destroyed the box and returned it to the seller. He again remade it and sent it to me. When it arrived, it was PERFECT! Custom unit emblem and Veteran's name, dates, rank, and unit in gold on the glass. A beautiful tribute! Exactly what I pictured and wanted and brought tears to my girlfriend's eyes as we placed her Dad's flag in it. Thank you for the care you gave to make this!

The etching is very beautiful . Disappointed in the quality of the wood. It appears to be very cheap. I would of selected another flag holder and paid more.

This was a gift to my sister who recently lost her husband. My brother-in-law was a military veteran. The display case I ordered was personalized with his information and it was extremely well done. I would recommend this site/seller to anyone looking to honor and commemorate the service of a military member that has passed away. It is something that future generations will have the ability to identify with. Out of respect for my sister's privacy, I am not posting a photo.

I waited over a month to get this box. When it arrived the edges were broken. In addition, the hanging hook was grossly misaligned, i.e. crooked. The letters on the front were cheap stickers that looked like a poor do-it-yourself. The box itself is "made of wood", yes it was pressboard. The finish was a cheap paper that was painted a dull dried blood color that they called a "cherry" finish. Now, for the worst part, Amazon will not let me return it or reimburse me for the cost. I tried the process as I have with other items. But, instead of processing the return, it leaves me a button that says, "customer service". I clicked this button and it sent me to a page that asked me what I would like to do. I clicked the return button and it sent me back to the very beginning. So now this unusable box is lying on my floor taking up space. I am more than a little disappointed. If I could give it a negative star, I would.
