The tablet works excellently, easy to use and connect to a computer of choice. The driver is also easy to install and includes extra settings for the tablet and pen such as setting up keyboard shortcuts. The tablet is light and easy to handle and comes at a good size for working with. The surface of the tablet is clean and flat, so your pen does not get stuck if you hit an edge.I should say that the wheel is easy to bump depending on where you are using the tablet. I have been using the tablet on my lap, so I had to reassign the wheel to something less disrupting. The two things I would really use it for would be for rotating the canvas or changing the brush size. The pen case is a tube which has the downside of easily rolling or falling over but I was amazed how the cap doubles as a pen stand. The case comes with spare nibs and a nib remover, so everything you really need is in the pen case. The cable seems to be of good quality, and does not get in the way while using the tablet. Depending on your setup, you might need an extension cord, but the length is decent if you are on a laptop or if the USB port you connect to is somewhere on your desk. If the cable is too short, you also have the option of using the wireless receiver, though I haven't used it yet. There's also an artist's glove that comes with the tablet that fits on smaller hands. The fabric is thin and breathable as far as I can tell, but I have not really used it. I'd say it's good to use if you want your hand to glide smoothly across the tablet or prevent oils from smudging onto it.Overall, I am really happy with the quality and price of the tablet!

I bought this to replace my aging Wacom Graphire that had been collecting dust due to the really super small drawing area, and for the fact I had just got back into drawing again (with traditional media) recently and figured I'd try doing digital again by using my pencil drawings as a base.Setup was super easy however unlike some reviews you will see online it no longer comes with the 4gb USB pen drive with the drivers. No biggie as you'd just download them from website anyway, even if it did. But it DID come with a protective cover instead which was a nice bonus. The pen is excellent and feels great and glides over the surface smoothly and accurately. The wireless seems to work just fine for me unlike some reviews state. I don't get any jitter or interference at all.Instructions are minimal and to be honest if there is any kind of con to this package it would be setting up the dial and express keys. There's no way to set it to rotate the canvas in when rotating the dial Photoshop, and if there is, i cannot find any guides to do so. You can set it to zoom in and out, brush size, hardness, brush selection etc, but be aware it's not a smooth increase or decrease due to the keys in Photoshop that you set to the dial increase and decease in increments of either 5 or 25% depending on the type of tool you've setup. Also the dial can be physically pressed and makes a click like it is a button, but there's no setup for that in the drivers and that would be better for the dial mode change rather than using one of your express keys to do that. On the subject of express keys, if you own an Nvidia card one of the default express keys buttons is set to the GEForce experience overlay/recording setup, so change that right away. The drivers don't seem as feature rich in Windows 10 vs the Apple OSX drivers I've seen online. For example there's no test area to test your stroke pressure sensitivity within the driver, you have to use your art package. Also in regards to the driver if a new version of the driver codes out export all your settings you took the time to set up because when you update it you will lose all your custom setups for individual apps and everything is reset to defaults . These are all really minor annoyances all of which can be avoided if there was better instructions.I'm still learning to use it and get used to drawing while looking at a screen but overall I'm extremely happy with the purchase minus the few nitpicks. I would highly recommend it and it's way cheaper than getting an equivalent Wacom with the same kind of drawing area. Zero regrets with this purchase.

First impressions on the tablet are excellent. The overall size and drawing size ration are great, the buttons are very accessible and responsive, the dial addition is amazing to the point I'm not sure if I will be able to adapt to another tablet without it. The pen (and tablet itself) is a bit on the lighter side but works great too.Only two minor inconveniences are the lack of eraser on the pen and that it requires to be a bit closer to the surface than others in order to work. Both are quite easy to adapt (and you can customize the tablet to compensate for this) so they wont disturb your work flow in any way. This is my first XP Pen product and my second "alternative brand" tablet, however, after today, I think I will drop the term "alternative" and even dare to say that this is the first brand I will recommend to fellow artists and friends if when are looking for a new drawing tablet.

First, I've never used a graphics tablet. Second, I don't draw/sketch, but rather I use Illustrator and In Design so my graphics needs are more heavily oriented towards express keys and workflow of the hand. I'm less interested in pen pressure, tilt, or accuracy of the feel of pen on paper, etc.Cons:-The tablet senses the pen while it's hovering and I don't find that I like that. Maybe that's precisely what a graphics tablet is supposed to do, but I have to do more research to see if this is a feature that can be turned off or not. Or at least why it would be useful. For now I feel like it's overly sensitive to my actions.-Not enough express keys! At least two more and it would be basically perfect in my opinion.-The wheel presses like a button, but indeed I confirmed with XP Pen that it is not functional. Would be AMAZING if that button is what you pressed to switch modes for the wheel.-On that note, the wheel can be programmed for five separate functions, but after two functions it's a little ridiculous...you have to press the KL/KR button (wherever you program it) to cycle through all five settings to get what you want BUT there's no way to tell which function you're on when cycling! It's kind of silly. You have to scroll the wheel after each click to: A) see if it indeed accepted your click for the next function, B) know what function you're in-On/Off button on the side please (it's currently on the bottom)-One inherent thing I hate about Stylus (Stylii?) is they naturally turn around in your hand, so if the buttons on the stylus are not obvious to feel, you have to look at the pen and rotate it to get it in the right place for pressing the buttons. This stylus's buttons are too subtle for me...but getting used to it. I also learned not to task these buttons with any function that takes two keystrokes, such as Crtl or Shift or double clicking. It's too shaky (especially since the tablet senses your hover). So you set the button with the FULL keystroke combination, such as Ctrl A all in one press (maybe everyone knows this already). That's a bummer because now I can't use the button more universally as just ctrl or just shift.-Sometimes the pen buttons take a couple clicks to work with whatever you set it to. I think this is because I don't have it close enough to the tablet (hence the need for sensing hover). The pen is not battery operated so I could see how a battery powered pen might work a bit differently (do they?) TIP: Don't lay stylus on tablet. It senses it (as I'm sure all tablets do) and overrides the ability of your mouse. If you find your mouse stops working, check the location of your stylus!PROS:-Absolutely love the layout and the scroll wheel is sheer brilliance in my opinion. Right or left handed, everything is in one area for the hand rather than have to slide your hand up and down along the side for different buttons. I like this so much that I almost forgive the fact that it lacks enough express keys. :)-The driver is packed with features. You can set sensitivity for pressure. Any of the buttons with any keystroke you want. You can set for different programs so when you're in that program, the keys automatically start functioning differently depending what software you're using. It has absolute or relative options and you can set for use with two screens or just one of the two that you have, and on and on. TIP-eliminate all other drivers, restart computer and then install this tablet's driver otherwise you'll have glitches.-Customer support is responsive and within the US. Chat was quickly available, personable and helpful.-I like the size of 8.5x14. It fits nicely in my lap when I want.-Love the pen case/holder concept. Fancy! My four star rating is for the lack of an additional two express keys and a non clicking scroll wheel, otherwise I highly recommend to anyone who wants a very sufficient, feature packed graphics tablet without the higher price of a Wacom.
