I work in a very loud and dusty environment.I use it in unison with protective ear muffs. Very comfortable and easy to use. I sound loud and clear and I hear loud and clear. I will buy again whenever these wear out .

I’ve been wearing these pair nearly everyday for the past 4 months. The sound coming out of the earpiece and the microphone worked absolutely perfectly. It was only 4 months later that I started noticing sound quality diminishing. Now, even at full volume, incoming calls are muffled.That being said, these are still an amazing earpiece and for $20 it is well worth it. I will be repurchasing these pair as soon as my current earpiece is completely dead.

The item worked well for two weeks and then just died. I would not recommend this product for light to heavy duty security work?Dependability in equipment is vital to safety.

Lot of feedback when using around other radios Mic is extremely sensitive. Has good sound quality. Good product just not for my purpose at this time had to swap to different style

Definitely noticed a big difference in sound quality right away. I bought a cheaper ear piece for work prior to this purchase, and man o man its night and day. Even my co workers say they can hear me clearer and better. Before I had to practically put my mouth right up to the microphone. Not with this. It is discreet which is a plus, and I barely have to talk loud and other officers can hear me clear. Worth the price
