The instruction book was missing, the starter was no good and the idle had to be set, not to mention the way it was delivered, box torn open, never again!!!! EVER

This thing is an absolute waste of money. I don’t even know where to begin. Major frame bolt loosened and fell out. Seat bracket broke almost instantly and won’t stay in place. Exhaust disconnected itself and muffler also disconnected itself. Chain derailed randomly after normal riding. Starter is garbage and absolutely WILL NOT start if it’s cold, had to push it to start many times. Suspension system is for looks alone as it is so cheap you might as well be riding on a solid frame. Choke thumb lever will not stay open unless you hold it open. Frame is weak and has already bent. Plug for hole in engine doesn’t fit tightly and flew off immediately. One tire goes flat, assuming defective seat bead since there are no holes in the tire after testing with soap and water and I noticed it after first ride. Wiring is shoddy and indicator lights routinely don’t illuminate properly. Just want to mention this isn’t after some extreme riding or anything like that, just some light riding in a field and some trails. There are probably more mechanical issues I forgot but all this is after you have to assemble it with no instructions and fill the battery shell with acid and then charge it yourself. As far as the performance it is probably ok for a 5 year old but other than that it has only one gear and can barely make up the tiniest hill.Update- it has now been less than a year since purchasing this atv and it now won’t even start. All of the plastic is loose or has already fallen off, suspension bolts have literally fallen off while riding, choke assembly has loosened up on handlebars and cannot be tightened, fuel lines have sprung leaks, keep in mind this is my daughters atv that she only rides on the weekends, it doesn’t even need an oil change yet. Like I said less than a year and all of a sudden it absolutely will not start, I’m guessing a problem with carb or maybe electronic issue. No idea but I am sick of trying to fix this thing and I would recommend nobody buys this garbage. Customer service tried to call me but they call with a number that you cannot call back so not very helpful.

No instructions. No good diagram of controls. Finally assembled after much difficulty, but now it won’t turn over. Very disappointing. If I could get it started I would probably give a higher rating.

I bought this for Willer and my wife and son absolutely love it I broke a handlebar clamp while assembling it and contacted the dealer and he sent me four new clamps excellent customer service and a very very happy with the product
