Very poor quality. Do they have quality control? The new battery charged to only 48% from day one and stopped charging after a few days and I have to connect the laptop to electricity all the time.

I am trying to help customers from wasting their time, but Amazon's review system will not let me talk about delivery only. Battery is terrible. Keeps be delayed to get to my computer for weeks. I had to return the battery.

Perfect fit and convenient tools. After a couple of vids specific to this old laptop, this went very smoothly. The battery is keeping its charge as expected, but I have used it for only a few cycles.

Battery installed easily in my Dell XPS13. I allowed the computer to start and run without drama. Based on only a few days experience, it seem ro beginning good life between charges. However, the Torx screwdriver provided was far ro soft and failed after removing only two screws. I had to order a better one to finish.
