We really like this ladder . Gave it only 4 stars because it was missing a bolt , nut & washer . Had to go to the hardware store so we could finish the install . It really is a nice ladder though!

The ladder is very narrow. Also came with some not too long screws, so I used my own longer ones. Put it up to help get my dog out of the canal if/when she falls in. Hopefully it will work as intended.

The screws on both sides of ladder poke out and has caused injury to children. Not safe unless you apply a cushion over screws.
