These were exactly what I was looking for at a good price. You can fill with water or sand. The funnel they provide isn't worth it, I usedy own. Fits great over the umbrella base

They did the trick for the budget we had, but with a decent wind, the heavy umbrella stand still can topple over. I'm relatively strong and the pieces filled with water or sand are very heavy and hard for me to maneuver. For the price, they work, but the nozzle to fill them is on the front corner not allowing a snug enough fit against the umbrella stand which is why it sometimes topples over.

These weights would not work with the umbrella stand because the cap where you add water interferes with the base of the umbrella. So the weights will not hold the umbrella down. I requested to return them a few days after receiving them (about month before my return window expires) and was only offered a refund of $21 of my ~$40 purchase. I accepted because I have no use for weights that will not work.When I bought the umbrella, these weights popped up as an option to buy, without any indication that they weren’t fully refundable. The suggestion to buy these with the umbrella I was purchasing shouldn’t have been offered by the algorithm if these wouldn’t work, and the seller should have made it clear that the product would not be fully refund if it wouldn't work and that the refund offered would be so minimal. This was an incredibly frustrating experience. The reason I usually purchase through Amazon is that I expect easy returns and clear information with refunds when things don't work. This experience is making me rethink that approach and I certainly won't purchase from this vendor again.

Easy to fill and just set in placeOne of the disc had a small leak. My husband sealed it up. I really didn’t want to send back. Seems to be ok. Holding our umbrella in place.
