These are nice and strong and cut without any chatter. I don't try and hog out the whole cut but taken a quarter inch cut3 quarter plywood they did very well. Can't get the expensive bits sharpened locally anymore so I'm happy to buy these and toss them when they are dull.

Needed to contour 4 2" square Sapele legs and my top bearing flush trim bit was too short. So I bought this 2 1/2" flush trim bit, despite the negative reviews. This vendor doesn't mention slowing the router but a couple of other similar vendors said 18,000 rpm max. To be conservative I set the DeWalt router in my router table to 15-16,000 rpm. I also made sure the top and bottom bearings were tight.Fired it up and no wobble, no chatter. Set my 1/4" leg template to register on the bottom guide bearing (glad it came with top and bottom bearings) and the resulting contours were perfect. Very smooth finish on the legs required minimal sanding.I don't know if I'll ever need the 2 1/2" cutting capacity again so I didn't want to buy the typical higher priced bit for a possible one time use. I would definitely buy this one again.

I have found that with this brand of carbide tipped router bits you can afford to have a large selection of different bits for different tasks at an affordable price. Most advice I get on router bits advises me to by top quality bits and you only have to do that once. However, I have a home wood shop and these router bits are not used hard on a daily basis. These bits do a beautiful job for how long, I'm not sure, because I have never worn one out.

It was clear turning on my router that this bit was making more noise than any of my other two dozen assorted bits. I gave it a good once over and everything looked good, so I tried using it to run a long chair leg through on both sides. The vibration was so bad that my router table insert worked its way out of the socket. This has NEVER happened before.Going back and looking closer at other reviews, I could see that I was putting myself in potential harm using it - and maybe damaging my router. I cannot recommend this particular item and suggest buyers pay more for a better brand.

So far, this bit has exceeded my expectations. Because of the price, I ordered two and now believe it was unnecessary. The bit has so far performed exceedingly well. I've used it to form several pieces for a chair I'm making. More pieces to go. Then, I'll be making three more. I'll see how it works and lasts through that and reevaluate it then.Update 8/31/2021: I've now used this bit to make five chairs - the prototype and four dining room chairs. It performed flawlessly all the way. I did not need the extra bit and have never taken it out of the package. An excellent product and I will be buying more bits from this manufacturer in the future.Update 1/15/23 - I've lost track of how many times I've used this bit. I just used it for another project and it is still performing perfectly. I still have not opened the second bit I purchased at the same time. The first one is still going strong. I have since purchased several bits by Yakamoz and they all have performed great. I very highly recommend their products.

I had to shape 20, four foot shelves due to a bow in a wall, plus notching around the shelf standards for a customer.Reading some of the reviews about "wobbling", "tear out", "bearing flying off" I got a little apprehensive about using these to cut some of the most blade dulling material there is... particle board. And, a material that will chip out if a blade gets within a foot of it... Melamine. After reading the reviews I started looking at $200 compression router bits, I threw caution to the wind and tried one of these Yakamoz bits on a scrap piece of shelving, Seemed to be OK, so I went for broke and went to work on the shelves. These router bits worked 100% flawlessly.I used one bit on 10 of the shelves and noticed just the slightest (SLIGHTEST) dulling of the bit. I had ordered four of these thinking there was no way one bit could live past 5 garbage particle board shelves (and hoped it would last that long). I used one bit on 10 of the 4' shelves and noticed the slightest dulling so I changed it out.I thought about sending the 2 "extra" bits back for a refund...but I think I'll keep 'em.The photos show the template on top …. the notch is to go around the shelf standard. And, if you'll notice there is zero chip out on the Melamine! :-)p.s. my customer was very happy and that's the main thing !

After cutting some butcher block countertops down to almost the length I needed, I then used this trim bit to clean up the rest of the material. I ended up using a straight edge to follow with the router. I did not try using the bearing guides. The bit spun a little out when first starting up but then it seemed fine. It got done what I needed to with it.

Prior to purchasing this Yakamoz 2-1/2" flush trim bit I bought a different "yellow" flush trim bit on Amazon which cost ~50% more than this Yak bit. I returned the other bit immediately because the carbides were poorly ground and the top bearing had excessive play in the axial direction. The appearance of the Yakamoz bit had a very fine fit and finish and the carbides were smoothly ground and on par with high quality bits from CMT and Freud. The top bearing (both bearings) seemed very tight, with no perceptible axial play. Made my cuts in course grained douglas fir, pine and plywood and this bit performed flawlessly. Some vibration was noticeable but not objectionable for a two flute bit when taking deep full length 2-1/2" cuts. Only minor complaint I have is the paint coating began to peel away near top and bottom of the bit - not a serious concern. After about a 100' of heavy flush trimming, the carbides still felt sharp and cut smoothly. This Yakamoz product far surpassed my expectation and will be sure to try other Yak router bits in the future when I need them.
